Advertisers post oppotunities for bloggers to write about certain subjects
on their blogs. If specified criterias are met, the advertisers pays PayPerNote
and then PayPerNote then pays the blogger the pre-determined price for opportunity.
Acceptable use.
-All services provided by PayPerNote.com may be used for lawful purposes
only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data
or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law
is prohibited (or any law that apply to you in your respective country).
This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we
judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret
and other statute, and invasion of privacy. The subscriber agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless PayPerNote.com from any claims resulting from the use
of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
-You are responsible not to use any service that are illegal where you
live.
-PayPerNote.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation
of this provision.
Limitation of Liability
for Content.
-All information provided by PayPerNote.com is subject to change without
notice. Some information on our Web site may contain typographical errors
or other inaccuracies, or may be incomplete or not current. Such inaccuracies
may affect directly or indirectly the price of a service, the description
of a service or its availability. We reserve the right to correct all
such mistakes at any time without notice, even after an order was placed
based on inaccurate information.
-All services and services on the PayPerNote.com website, media publications
or communications may be outdated, may no longer be available or may have
changed. In the event that you purchase a service from PayPerNote.com,
that is no longer available, outdated or has changed, our only responsibility
will be to issue a refund.
-In the event that a service ordered is no longer available, our only
responsibility will be to issue a full refund.
Non-Disclosure agreement.
- By Visiting our website or reading our communications to you,
you agree not to share any of the information found on this site
or in communications with any third party, without the written
permission of PayPerNote.com.
-Your membership information or any privilege or information received as
a member, cannot be share with any third party.
Account Policies and Cancellation.
You may cancel your account by logging-in your account or via info@PayPerNote.com.
Although no notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees
paid up to the notice of cancellation are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Suspension.
Activity that results in a suspension or deactivation of an account will
result in a forfeiture of fees paid. Complaints made regarding abuses of
an account will be grounds for suspension.
Refunds.
ALL fees paid to PayPerNote.com are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refusal of Service.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend our services
at our sole discretion.
All sub-networks, distributors,
and any party utilizing PayPerNote.com services or services must
adhere to the above policies. Please direct any reports of violations
of the above policies to abuse@PayPerNote.com.
Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate
account deactivation
